Well sounding. Quality and excellent price.
Was concerned about how this would sound but its really quite good and better than my Dynaovox TR2 in terms of musicality. Small issues are that the tone control is not centred correctly so the defeat notch as defeat would show the tone not quite at 12.Oclock , no doubt I could pull it off and replace but its one tight so will live with it. also although the two magic type tubes are placed correctly , I am not sure that they are fully matched , could be gain shifted in transit.
However, while I use it with Yaqin MC84l Valve amp I think it would make a good addition to a SS amp providing more valve like sound.
absolutely brilliant extra volume bass treble controls can't ask for more a must for music lovers and great on vintage equipment

Absolutely brilliant amp would definitely recommend to any audiophile as a headphone amp and phono stage.
I already had one and bought this as a gift and was told they don't like using headphones 😵💫. so had to return.
But definitely buy this if you like vinyl. My turntable is a Rega 3 with RB 330 arm and Ortofon blue cartridge and stylus.
